 I
use only MACROMEDIA Dreamweaver MX, Fireworks, and Flash to create all my web sites. There are no better products out there.
For
a single page with a custom header or logo,
links, music, counter, 2 or 3 photos, the base
price is $95. Photos scanned at no
extra charge if they are used on your web
site and can be returned to you for the price of mailing.
(You'll
know that price by what is costs you to mail them to me.) Also
included at no extra charge META tags and site submission
to major search
engines.
Guest
books and forms can be added
for a reasonable fee.
For
three or more simple pages, the base
price is $80 per page. The price will
go up for extras such as animated logos, forms, voting polls,
and flash movies. Includes META tags and site submission to
major search engines at no extra charge.
For
Business sites with a shopping cart, prices
are quoted per site.
Custom
designed logos and banners start at $50.
**An hourly fee of $80 (broken
down and billed in quarter hours) for monthly maintenance, graphic
design and HTML authoring.**
What's
Required from YOU:
A text
script detailing what you want to say about your company,
the products and/or services you offer, or yourself
A
signed agreement and deposit.
Payments to be made via regular mail by personal/business check
or money order, made out to Jan Palubicki. Half the agreed upon
price is due along with a signed contract BEFORE any work is started.
The balance is due when work is completed.
Prices
subject to change without notice. However all contracts previously
signed will be honored at the agreed upon price.
Your
satisfaction is important and all reasonable efforts
will be made to ensure you are happy. A maximum of three
changes can be made per page without additional charges.
At that point, a maintenance rate will be charged for any
further changes. If under the unlikely circumstances that
we are unable to come to an agreement, NO money will be refunded.
