The fellowship hall
had been redecorated this year with new window treatment, freshly painted
walls, and a new stage curtain providing the atmosphere that had been
hoped for. Sand pails, flip flops, and gerber daisies decorated each table.
Piano playing was heard in the background. There were approximately 370
plates of the 100+ delicious salads served.
Our local UMW unit wishes to thank everyone who attended, and we look
forward to seeing you again next year, same time, same place.

St. Paul will be holding their annual luncheon and fashion
show at 12:00 noon on Saturday, September
26. The cost is $15 and J. C. Penney will again provide the fashions.
Come early and participate in the Silent Action to place your bid before
the luncheon. St. Paul UMM will again act as servers. This group of men
does an outstanding job. Come out and enjoy a delicious, fun-filled luncheon
